I support adults and children based within the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, QLD, and via telehealth who are receiving NDIS funding or Home Care Packages.
I don't immediately charge the maximum hourly rate available. My hourly rate is based on the affordability of client funding plans. This hourly rate is negotiated with my clients and can adapt to changing situations.
My availability is generally during weekdays, as I balance family and study commitments. Contact me to discuss your needs, and I will do my best to accommodate them.
I request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of a scheduled shift. Late cancellations may incur a fee; this is determined on a case by case basis. I understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control. Keeping me informed is appreciated.
Telehealth sessions occur using Google Meet, by phone or text. When you book an appointment with me, you will be sent a confirmation email along with brief reminders before our appointment. You don't need any special software, just click the Google Meet link in the email.
I take privacy and confidentiality seriously, and all information shared is kept in line with Australian privacy principles and law.
The only time I may need to involve other parties is if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or for legal reasons. During these instances, I will do my best consult with you.
